The BOK app has been a source of frustration and inconvenience for me. From constant freezing to a cumbersome process for transferring money, this app falls short in every aspect. One of the major drawbacks is the incessant freezing, making even the simplest tasks a challenge. Moreover, the convoluted process of adding a payee before transferring money adds unnecessary steps, making the user experience needlessly complicated. I have used other banking apps like HBL and Alpha. There is no comparison of BoK app with others. Full of bugs, no facilities to customers, problematic fingerprint and transaction history options, hanging of App on closure, slow processing of screens etc. are it's main features. For God sake, divert some of your revenues to equip your IT team for improved and modern version of app and call center please. Thanks

Bad service. Not recommended because I have installed this app and also updated information from the concerned branch also waited 48 hours instead of 24 hours for process update but still it gives problem in registering in last when username come it does not go further to password and give warning "user is already registered " but when you want to use the forgot password button and give information it gives message "user not registered" than I called helpline they said no issue at all.
