Calculate the monthly installment, total return, and fixed interest, taking into account the required income for each age bracket.

🔑 Private Cars (Unrestricted)
Calculate the financing based on the car's value, with financing rates according to the year of manufacture (from 80% for the same year up to 55% for five years), the required income, and the necessary documents.

📊 Escrow Debts
Calculate the hypothetical required income after adding the client's existing installments to determine the eligibility of the application before submission, including documents for employees and self-employed individuals.
