GateHouse Solutions® is a complete software solution for managing visitor & resident access into communities nationwide. Our Resident Phone App provides residents with a simple and convenient way to manage/view their visitor list and their account information. Please contact the software administor at your community to request the required Client ID, your Username, and your default Password.

Please note that your community is required to purchase the GateHouse® Resident Phone App in order for its residents to access to this app.

I had the same drop-down menu error as others and just reinstalled the app for it to work. The app is okay. It serves its purpose. However, I can not tell you the number of times that I entered a visitor for a given day and still got a phone call from the security gate, not expecting them. Maybe just chock that up to incompetence.

Links to review terms and conditions and privacy policy are both dead. I can't agree to something I can't review. Edit to add: the web interface doesn't recognize my login at all, so I don't even have an alternative to this.

For a better user experience... 1. When creating a guest pass, you have to add tomorrow to the popup. Right now it only has 1 day and to make a pass for tomorrow i either choose 3 days to be quick but it's a security thing because they don't need a3 day pass, or i can do custom then have to do start end etc, which is like 3 steps. Just add tomorrow under 1 day. 2. make the visitor list clickable nobody knows you have to slide to reveal the buttons. I make apps for a living you need a UX person.
