GateHouse Solutions® is a complete software solution for managing visitor & resident access into communities nationwide. Our Resident Phone App provides residents with a simple and convenient way to manage/view their visitor list and their account information. Please contact the software administor at your community to request the required Client ID, your Username, and your default Password.

This thing could be useful but it is a piece of junk. Number one when you can't see the characters you are typing into your password that can be an issue. Secondly, you cannot choose a date. You can only choose the date they offer you for visitors which is the same day you are using the app. So if you want to schedule someone for the next day you cannot do that. The thing is clunky clumsy and somewhat useless. It has potential, but it truly needs an update by a talented developer to

Slightly quirky interface but completely functional and bug free. Memory of previous guests is oddly limited sometimes, but that's really the only annoyance. Does it's job every time

I had the same drop-down menu error as others and just reinstalled the app for it to work. The app is okay. It serves its purpose. However, I can not tell you the number of times that I entered a visitor for a given day and still got a phone call from the security gate, not expecting them. Maybe just chock that up to incompetence.
