Totally useless app. Don't waste your money. Can't access my subscription through it. Constantly asks for password that was already supplied. I wrote to Stereophile detailing the problems I was experiencing. They said they'd refer it to their IT people. No concern of my subscription. A year later my subscription is still unused.

Signed up for 24 month subscription. First edition delivered immediately. There's no sign of second edition being available to me in the app despite the fact that it's available to purchase for a number of days now.

How the hell do I access my digital subscription?? Decipering the rosetta stone would be easier! I expected the magazine to be available In the Zinio reader as per previously. It looks like it might be available via my 'phone (which makes it hard to read) but not via a pc. Disapointed and confused.
