About this app

To use the zTenant application, incoming tenants must receive an invite email from their property management company. In this email will be the login password which the property management company does not have access to. The zTenant application allows a tenant to fully document the condition of the home at the time of move in which protects both the tenant and landlord. A PDF copy of the inspection report will be sent to your email once uploading has been completed.

This new version of the application includes a completely renewed interface, camera experience, and usability.

Ratings and reviews

Encore properties are excellent communicators, and they are always polite and professional. I had a few maintenance issues, but they easily took care of them and answered them quickly. They make everything easy. The inspection process is convenient from an app on your phone. The yards and pool is well cared for and clean. The small gym could use new equipment and a good cleaning but other than that I have no complaints. 10 stars!

This app sure does come in handy. Especially cuz I tend to work Eves into nocs and gives me a chance to do the inspection where doesn't interrupt my sleep. Thank you for a clever app! Except, when editing photos for each area doesn't register unless taking pictures for that selection!

I don't normally do reviews for apps/products... but the concept of this app to simplify the initial inspection for your new home. Instead of writing a note next to all of these tiny boxes on a piece of paper, you can write as large of notes as you need and attach photos per item on the list. Would recommend other property managers to use this app for the simplicity of the process!
