It's functional as a food ordering application. It has many annoying features, such as promotional notifications you can't turn off, awful awful support chat lacking in human presence and overloaded with emojis, and the unnecessary search for a GPS-based location even when your address is already saved on your account. If your GPS is off, it'll take like 10 seconds to realize it's off. If it's on, it'll give you a wrong location that might rob you of workplace deals or group orders.

Can't remove an item by selecting the item and just using the counter. You have to either go into the shopping cart just before checkout, or restart the app. The entire app's purpose is a shopping cart, and it fails on delivering some of the most basic shopping list UX.

Horrible tracker. Don't understand why use a tracker which is constantly inaccurate. The estimation jumps up and down randomly - this happens on almost each order I place - and the chat gives you generic responses which aren't helping in understanding when you'll get the order. The relevant response only received after the order has arrived (with seriod delay obviously) You can't even cancel the order because there's no real response in real time.. Absolutely horrible
