the worst app UI, the worst customer service and constantly gets things wrong. if you don't like something and you pressed "no X" in the selection there's 1/5 chance you'll get something you dont want. then you'd have to go jump through hoops with an ai bot , only to be told "an assistant will be with you shortly" and wait for 25 minutes. then you have to hear how all they can do is refund you 20% of the cost back, even though you can't eat 100% of the food it's best to avoid the deliveries.

Debit cards cannot be used as payment on this app. I'm putting this out here because I spent an hour trying to add mine so I could buy some food and had to get customer service involved to learn this interesting fact.

Nothing works without GPS or abroad. I understand why I can't order pizza for my location, but what is the reason my account and my orders are unavailable? Anyway, no options to feedback.
