the worst app UI, the worst customer service and constantly gets things wrong. if you don't like something and you pressed "no X" in the selection there's 1/5 chance you'll get something you dont want. then you'd have to go jump through hoops with an ai bot , only to be told "an assistant will be with you shortly" and wait for 25 minutes. then you have to hear how all they can do is refund you 20% of the cost back, even though you can't eat 100% of the food it's best to avoid the deliveries.

Very disappointed with Tenbis. Orders are regularly 30+ minutes late, and the food always arrives cold. Happens almost every time. Can’t recommend it if you want a hot meal.

order food. get nothing. worst app and service in existence. how can you still manage to make this app worse? now the fons size does not follow device font size. unreadable and unusable... too bad i am still forced to use this app.
