About this app

Teneks turns the meetings you record into transcripts, notes and follow-ups.

Record a meeting on your phone. Teneks uploads it securely, writes the transcript, sums up what was discussed and decided, and turns the next steps into a task list you can work through.

You need a Teneks account to use the app. Accounts are provided by your organisation's Teneks administrator or come with a Teneks subscription.

RECORD WITHOUT WATCHING THE SCREEN
• Start recording with one tap
• Keep recording with the screen locked or while you use other apps. An ongoing notification shows that Teneks is recording and for how long
• Pause and resume during the meeting
• Each recording is kept on your phone until its upload is confirmed. The upload carries on after you leave the app and is retried if it is interrupted
• Upload audio files you recorded elsewhere from your phone

EVERY MEETING, WRITTEN UP
• In brief: a short account of what the conversation covered
• Topics, with the decisions that were made
• The full transcript, with speakers and timestamps
• Play back the recording
• The next steps from each meeting

TASKS FROM YOUR MEETINGS
• Next steps from your meetings are collected in the Tasks tab
• Tick them off as you go, and open the meeting a task came from

PROJECTS: ASK ACROSS MEETINGS
• See related meetings together in a project
• Ask a question across all of a project's meetings, and see the moments in the recordings that each answer came from

YOUR MEETING LIBRARY
• All your meetings in one list, newest first, with an overview of your week
• Search your meetings by title or call type
• Mark a meeting as important, or as confidential so that only you can open it (where your plan includes it)
• Share a meeting write-up with other apps

LANGUAGES
• The app is available in English and Estonian
• Teneks detects the spoken language of each recording

BUILT FOR RESPONSIBLE RECORDING
Before your first recording, Teneks explains what happens to the audio and asks you to confirm that you will tell everyone present, obtain any consent that is required, and follow the laws that apply where you and they are. You can also turn on a reminder that asks, two minutes into a recording, whether everyone has been informed.

SIGNING IN
Sign in with the email address and password of your Teneks account. Multi-factor authentication is supported.

FOR SALES TEAMS
On Teneks sales plans, each call also gets a coaching scorecard, managers see team insights, and administrators manage users and see usage metrics. What you see in the app depends on your role.

PRIVACY
Recordings are uploaded over an encrypted connection and analysed by AI to produce your transcripts, summaries and scores. You can delete your account in the app's Settings. Privacy Policy: https://www.teneks.ai/privacy-policy
