eDeckel - the digital beer mat for your beer garden

eDeckel coordinates the interaction between servers and the bar: Orders are taken at the table, appear instantly at the bar, are processed there, and marked as ready for pickup – and the server sees at a glance what they can bring. Payment is then settled directly at the table, either in full or item by item.

Two modes, one team

🍺 Server mode (smartphone): Keep an eye on tables, take and process orders with just a few taps, see orders ready for pickup, confirm delivery, and collect payment. Table groups combine tables that have been pushed together.

🍻 Bar mode (tablet): All open orders are displayed as cards, along with the aggregated dispensing list – what needs to be poured in total? Check off items, mark entire orders as ready for pickup. The bar works order by order, ensuring nothing gets lost.

Runs entirely on your end – no cloud required

eDeckel doesn't need internet access or an external server: All devices connect via your Wi-Fi network, with the counter tablet acting as the central data source. Your data stays within your organization; there's no account, no subscription, and no sharing with third parties. The data is permanently stored on the device and survives even a restart.

Reliable, even with a shaky Wi-Fi connection

You can place new orders even without a connection – they are cached and automatically transferred as soon as the connection is restored, guaranteed without duplicates. The app always accurately displays your connection status and whether an order has reached the counter. After switching Wi-Fi networks, the app automatically reconnects.

Ready to go in seconds

You pair new devices via QR code or automatic network detection – no typing in addresses, no configuration. Notifications alert the staff when orders are ready for pickup, even if their phone is in their pocket.

Who is eDeckel for?

For beer gardens, club events, and small restaurants that want to replace paperwork and shouted orders with a clear digital workflow: take order → pour → serve → bill. One tablet at the bar, one smartphone per server – that's all it takes.

Note: eDeckel is a tool for the service team (not for guests) and requires a shared Wi-Fi network for all devices.
