They broke the functionality that allowed easy transfers from FICOHSA - now the only way to deposit is to go to a tengo point and give them cash or go through this convoluted bank transfer with a form you have to fill and email 🤦‍♂️

Asked for upload of id and face again. Very poor customer service. How many times do you have to update your data on this app? This shouldn't take 5 days to resolve. Don't bother calling the number as they can't do anything.

New updates have some issues, for example when u want to transfer money to a saves account, it is a long time loading.
