Good App, but it's useless when I'm traveling out of the country I can't access the App or pay bills, neither transfer money

Asked for upload of id and face again. Very poor customer service. How many times do you have to update your data on this app? This shouldn't take 5 days to resolve. Don't bother calling the number as they can't do anything.

They broke the functionality that allowed easy transfers from FICOHSA - now the only way to deposit is to go to a tengo point and give them cash or go through this convoluted bank transfer with a form you have to fill and email 🤦‍♂️
