Ratings and reviews

There were two subscriptions (monthly or annually) options on the app. However when I tried to click on the annual subscription, it automatically flipped to the monthly subscription. I contacted the support team and they said they don't find an issue. I asked them to update the subscription on their end manually but there was no response. Poor customer service and the annual subscription doesn't work.

I upgraded my phone and couldn’t transfer my Swimmetry account, so I canceled my subscription. Since then, I haven’t been able to log into the app, even though my subscription is still active until June 30, 2026. I know for sure which email I used, but I still can’t sign in. The app worked fine for about a year, but now I can’t access it at all — and there’s no way to reach support. Very frustrating experience.

This app used to work so well. I loved it! I understand times not being updated till USA swimming, but times are updated on USA swimming but not the app or only a few events. Emailing them about issues, and they say delete swimmer, try adding back. Now, when searching swimmer, it shows full team name and not the abrivated names (which our team goes by abrivation at 99% of meets), so I can't see live result and add them. This app has become so frustrating. Please fix.
