Ratings and reviews

Updating my review that the stream quality is now HD and works great. Service and coverage are really quite good, especially for the $10/month cost. On desktop it is nearly flawless, but in this mobile app, the stream quality never goes above 480p. I can barely read the score, and this is with a 100+MB/s internet speed. The only thing I can use the app for is to cast to my TV because there isn't a smart TV app, either. I love having so much ATP and WTA coverage.

I have had this app for a number of years but this latest update constantly freezes and now when I open the app I tried to scroll past the first two boxes and the app closes on me. This new version is not as user-friendly as the prior one and the bugs in it cause it to be unusable. Very frustrated as tennis is starting to come into the high season and very good matches and tournaments that I can't watch. I will not renew my subscription in May if this cannot be resolved.

This is one of the worst sports apps. I try clicking on an event, and the app kicks me out. If you stroll to the bottom of the main page, all you get are spoilers, as the list is the most current match first instead of by day or by round. It's very frustrating to use this app. Shame on the development team. Did they not test it before releasing it.
