Updating my review to take away yet another star. The app was just updated on May 3 and the UI looks and feels much better, I'll give you that. But that means nothing when I can't even use my subscription. Any match replay I try to access says I need to subscribe to watch the content, yet the account settings and subscription info show that my subscription is active through June. That's a $99 annual subscription currently sitting dead in the water. The disappointment continues.

I use this app because I have no choice, but wow does it suck. We pay 109 a year to NOT have a Chromecast app so you always have to cast from your phone. That's another failure. It freezes, lags, can't pause and restart where you paused, it just takes back live, so you missed stuff. Takes 2-3 tries to actually get a match on. Worst of all, you still gotta watch ads! The only positive is that sometimes you can watch without commentators. Jim Courier gets 0 stars, that insufferable blowhard.

This app will not play video reliably. I can watch YouTube for hours with nary a hiccup. Tennis channel will often not play for 10 seconds before freezing. Horrible app. This is the worst video app out there. Predictably connects once. If any interruption, appears to retry twice, then freezes forever. Changing to a different match repeats same. Software engineering manager should be fired. In spite of claiming I am signed in, it requires me to subscribe again to the tune of over 100$ to watch.
