Ratings and reviews

The app has a lot of useful information and I love being able to track the live scores and see the set recaps. However, for some reason, the app often has difficulty connecting to the server. I get an endless spinning wheel. I sometimes can resolve it by turning off and on the wifi. I don't have this issue with other apps. Also, sometimes the stats are wrong, like when it shows both players serving after 2 sets at 100% first serve percentage. It's just kinda buggy. I have a samsung s24 ultra.

You know how there is usually a glitch or two or a hundred with apps? Not with this one. It has any kind of info you might want - from player stats to personal info about them and/or where and when they're playing. Not only that, you can see videos of highlighted parts of the game AND it gives you the scores in actual real time. Truly fantastic.

When it works, it's a great app. It worked for years. But starting a few months ago, 90% of the time the app doesn't open. It just spins and spins. I have to either reboot the phone, or uninstall and reinstall the app. Then it will open once before the infinite spin starts again. This is an older phone, Moto g 5g, but it has lots of memory. Could the developers look at how memory is being used on opening and do something to lighten the load? I'd like to be able to use the app again.
