On the Android app version, Everytime we turn the audio or mic on, the app crashed. Very inconvenient. I used to use my Apple device and had no prob lem at all. Update 1/21/21 Can't even log in to the apps. What a waste of time setting everything up and not able to use it.

After getting a new phone I realized that the original TENVISTY app is no longer available on the play store. This NEW TENVIS app doesn't allow you to store camera positions, and my camera always moves on its own and gets stuck in a position and there's no way to even reset or reboot the camera from the app. Developer should be ashamed of themselves that they have consumers out in the market who have a great camera but is made essentially unusable due to a highly poor quality app. Do better.

I have been using this app for a few years and it's been great up until the last update, as now it seems to crash for no reason. I'm using a Note 9 so I know it's not a problem with the phone. It would also be good if you could download individual clips to your phone rather than removing the sd card and using laptop.
