The Tucson Electric Power mobile app makes it easy to manage your account anywhere at any time. You can check your account balance, pay your bill, review your hourly, daily and monthly energy usage, see the local weather and learn new ways to save energy. You also can report a power outage, learn about local outages and sign up to receive alerts about service interruptions that affect your home or business.

This app isn't compatible with my device anymore?! What high tech scheme have you implemented that my phone isn't capable of? Is it really needed? or did the programmers just want to try out a shiny new toy. The app should be compatible with the widest possible number of devices. Never got push alerts on outages. Never got notice app was updated and is now defunct for my device. So, just how long has it been sitting on my phone doing nothing? If you had notified me I could have deleted it.

The app is fine. TEP's payment policy and options are stuck in the 1900's. They are the only utility provider that I utilize that requires a bank account and routing number for auto payments, and the only one that routes you through a 3rd party to make payments via credit/debit for an additional fee. TEP is in dire need of some updates with their payment policy and options. It's time to join the rest of us in 2023.

This app is totally useless. I tried to sign in using my ID and password. It tells me that my credentials don't match. if I try to set up my account it tells me my info doesn't match their records. The contact page is useless. No one from TEP bothers to call you back. when I called the Customer service, I was told someone from TEP's tech support would call me back within 2 business days, but no one from TEP bothered to call me back. The app is useless and so is TEP's customer service.
