About this app
Work application for the José Antonio Paredes South Passenger Transportation Terminal in Mérida, Venezuela. Its use is restricted to authorized terminal and transportation company personnel: access requires an account assigned by the terminal administration.
WHAT IT DOES
• Passenger list upload. Company personnel register the passenger list for each departure directly from the platform: they locate the passenger ID, complete any missing information, and finalize the list when the bus is ready to depart. This replaces the paper form.
• Arrival report. Platform personnel register the arrival of each bus by scanning the QR code on the sticker or entering the license plate number, and indicate the origin and number of passengers.
DESIGNED FOR THE PLATFORM
Where this application is used, the signal is poor and there is no time to waste: the session remains open between shifts, the screens are simple, and the fields are organized according to the actual workflow. Users with access to both modules choose which one to work in upon logging in and can switch between them without logging out.
PERMISSIONS
Only the camera, and only to scan the unit's QR code when registering an arrival. No photos are taken or saved. If you prefer not to grant permission, the license plate number can be handwritten, and everything else functions the same. The application does not access your location, read your contacts, or record audio.
YOUR DATA AND YOUR ACCOUNT
The application does not display advertising, includes analytics or profiling tools, and does not charge any fees. You can delete your account from "My Account" or from our website without installing the application.
Please note that the logbook is the legal record of each departure, and the payments are accounting records: deleting your account will erase all your personal data and access, but these documents will be retained with your name replaced by an internal reference, as required by land transport regulations.
