Ratings and reviews

A good idea, but the app is poorly executed. Doesn't work when you are not connected to the internet and gives you no work around to be able to get you money back. Find the whole user interface and customer information a little slow and clunky, which puts me off using the system further.

When i click the link on the confirmation email for registering it just sends me here. And then when I try to sign in on the app it gives an error message. Clearly the coding needs to be sorted out as I currently can't use it. Frustrating.

App and website both fail to work.
