AirGuard turns air-quality data, wildfire information and smoke analysis into answers: what's happening, how serious it is, what it means for you, and what to watch next.
- Air quality, explained. A large AQI reading with a plain-language summary, the primary pollutant (PM2.5, PM10, ozone, NO2), and general guidance for outdoor activity — never a medical diagnosis.
- Wildfire tracking. Confirmed U.S. wildfire incidents and perimeters, plus satellite fire hotspots across the U.S. and Canada on a live fire map. Detections are clearly labelled as informational, not confirmed incidents.
- Smoke & haze. Mapped smoke plumes across North America, plus atmospheric haze and near-surface dust where modelled data is available.
- Pollen & UV. Pollen counts where available (Europe, in season), plus UV index and wind direction on the map.
- Forecast & alerts. A 24-hour air-quality forecast and optional local reminders for AQI thresholds, a new nearby fire, or smoke onset — personal notifications you control, not official emergency alerts.
- A clean, fast map. Air-quality stations, wildfire layers, smoke, and wind you can toggle, with clustering so it stays readable at any zoom.
- Works offline. The last readings are cached and clearly marked "Offline data" — nothing stale is ever shown as live.
- Private by design. No account required. No third-party analytics or tracking SDK. Location is optional and used only while the app is open. Free to use, supported by clearly labelled Google AdMob ads.
- EN / FR / AR / ES, with full right-to-left layout for Arabic.

Environmental data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable and does not replace official emergency alerts, evacuation orders, or instructions from local authorities.
