This app used to work perfectly well but the latest version is a nightmare. My bank isn't listed to pay credit card bills directly and my previously 100% working debit card either crashes on the verification screen or doesn't work at all and tells me to contact my card issuer. My card works fine, thank you. This has been going on for weeks now and my Tesco card is close to getting cut in half and cancelled. Fix your app.

Tried to authorise a purchase but the App did not recognise my security number. Phoned customer services & was told to uninstall the app & reinstall I got a message telling me the App was no longer supported on my tablet. If this is the new version of the app then you can keep it. I will now purchase things using a different credit card Tesco is going backwards instead of keeping up to date!!!!!

No problems with the features, but a major problem with battery drain in the background. I have to force-stop the app each and every time after I use it.

What's new

In this release you can now use our App to directly access some of the fantastic features from Online Banking.

This includes managing your text and email alerts, adding an additional card holder or getting a replacement card and PIN reminder.

And if you’re linking an account from the App we’ll automatically log you in to Online Banking so you can skip that extra step.
