My main problem with the app is that it doesn't show the information that I need. At the end of the month there is a total to pay and it is a few weeks before that total is paid. During this period it is not possible to see the total for the new month only the grand total including the previous month. I cant see why they wouldn't show that. I would also appreciate categorisation of the payments (food, entertainment etc) to help understand my spending.

Irritating that even though I keep selecting finger print, it doesn't keep the setting. And, previously, when a purchase needed to be approved, you'd be taken straight to the app and not need to open it separately. And, having approved the item, it starts trying to log you into the app.. I don't want to do that, I need to get back to the retailer to say it's been approved. It's really hard to find whole statements - to see what I'll be charged. And it's not at all clear that I've set up a DD.

Useless. Since a recent update it's impossible to log in. With manual password or fingerprint the app says "Sorry, something has gone wrong." and shuts down. I've uninstalled/reinstalled and cleared the cache etc but it's definitely broken. It's embarrassing that they've managed to break their own app in this way with simple maintenance. This has had a huge negative impact on my online purchases, groceries in particular, because now I can't use the app to verify my purchases. Absolute BS.
