The Tesla Live app promises seamless monitoring of your solar system, but Android users may face frustrations. Despite its intuitive interface and comprehensive features, the app's functionality on Android devices remains unreliable. With numerous reports of compatibility issues, Tesla must address this concern promptly. Until then, Android users may find themselves disconnected from their solar system's performance data.

App does not connect to my Xgen geysers and shows them offline. After a month of followup, I was told that it works for IOS but not android. Main Tech support is hard to reach and once reached seem indifferent to fixing the issue. Solution offered by Tech Guy I spoke to from Islamabad was to dump my Samsung phone and switch to an Apple Phone!

I have been using mytesla.solr for last 10 months but suddenly it stopped working, upon inquiry I was told that it has been upgraded & it will not be available anymore. So I have no other choice but to switched to new (Tesla Live) app ( & Teslasm.art web application) by spending extra 5500/- for new RDMS device. This new app is hopeless, very very slow, not comprehensive, Text font is very small & hard to read. If I compare it with similar apps available for other inverters, I will grade it as negative.
