Describe your reason for consultation, follow the prompts, and connect with a doctor from the Tessan network. You can track your position in the queue in real time, even if you close the app: you'll be notified as soon as a doctor is ready.
NO PASSWORD REQUIRED
Create your personal account in just a few steps and log in with a simple code received by email or SMS. You'll remain logged in for each visit.
YOUR REIMBURSEMENT, CLEAR FROM THE START
Enter your health insurance card and supplemental insurance details: the app will show you your coverage (0%, 70%, or 100%) before your consultation. Payment is made securely by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Find your prescriptions, sick leave certificates, reports, and invoices, all organized and downloadable. After a consultation, send your prescription to a partner pharmacy of your choice.
