QuickTix is a mobile raffle event app and 50/50 lottery event app designed to manage in-person events for individuals, charities, and organizations.
If you still use physical tickets for your raffles or 50/50 lotteries, QuickTix is an event management solution to speed up the ticket transaction process, automatically assign ticket numbers to participants and easily generate a random winner from the entered names. This 50/50 raffle app will surely help you manage your in-person events.
Features on the QuickTix app include:
* Raffle event management- Raffle items are entered first. Then, participants purchase and allocate their ticket numbers to raffle items however they may chose. Once all participant data has been collected, the raffle draw generates a random ticket number for each raffle item and the corresponding winner's name is displayed by the name picker.
* 50/50 lottery event management - Participants are entered with how many tickets they bought and their ticket numbers. Once all participants are entered, one random ticket number is generated and the 50/50 draw displays the corresponding winner's name.
* Stag and Doe - Using the same functionality of the raffle event, you can use QuickTix to manage a Stag and Doe event.
* Simple gathering of participant information such as name, phone number, number of tickets to purchase, and amount paid.
* Automatic ticket number generator that assigns ticket numbers as participants are entered.
* Random number generator for raffle draws and 50/50 lottery draws with a true random name picker.
* Payment tracking for all ticket purchases with the option to input transactions as: cash, debit, Visa, or MasterCard.
* View all participants including their entered information, ticket numbers, and allocated tickets (for raffles).
* Download a .csv file (excel sheet) of all participant information right to your device.
* View a data summary for the raffle event or 50/50 lottery event including transaction totals and number of tickets purchased, to assist with local lottery reporting.
