The UX mobile testing app allows you test mobile websites and prototypes so you can provide companies with feedback. In order take a test with the PlaybookUX app, you must first have a link to the study. You will be given task instructions and asked to verbally provide feedback while interacting with the website or prototype.

Used this without problems several times. Now I tried to use it and despite it passing the microphone check it will not let me do the study. I have tried cleaning the storage and uninstalling and reinstalling a few times and nothing works. Very disappointed.

Cumbersome, confusing, counterintuitive procedure to use app. : "Code: did not work. Links to help did not operate properly.

What’s new

New: Matrix and Ranking question types, min/max selection limits, and conditional skip/display logic. Fixed Figma prototype loading issue, an issue that could block a participant from starting a session, and improved reliability loading web content. General stability improvements, including to screen recording.
