What an annoying app, whenever you open the app (students usually open study apps 10 to 20 times a day), they put up their new course which comes every month idk how, that ad is so annoying you can't even easily dismiss that ad, it's so irritating, wasted my money on this app and GS teacher is not covering full syllabus and has audacity to say that he is only teaching what comes in the exam (What are we? like 12).

Very disappointing customer support. I accidentally shared my account, changed my password immediately, but the other device still remains logged in. I contacted support multiple times, but they refused to help or terminate active sessions. This is a serious account security issue. I expected better protection for paid users. Please improve your security features and customer support.

Very frustrating app. My Wi-Fi and internet work perfectly on every other app, but when I use this app to download videos, only 2–3 videos download successfully. After that, every download reaches around 80% and then restarts from 0% again and again. As a student, time is the most valuable thing we have. This repeated download issue wastes a lot of time and causes unnecessary frustration. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.
