Hello Selection Way Team, I would like to suggest some improvements regarding the video download feature in the app. 1. Download speed is often very slow even when my internet connection is stable and fast. 2. Paused downloads restart from the beginning. If a video is partially downloaded and the app closes, internet disconnects, or the download is paused, it should resume from the same percentage instead of starting from 0%. 3. Download sequence is not maintained properly.

I first joined a single-subject batch for live classes, but after purchasing it, I found no live classes available; not even a timetable has been uploaded. When I called the customer support number, they either wouldn't pick up or, if they did, failed to provide any relevant information or a solution to my query.

The teacher and content are very good for selection but the app needs some work. Headphones and buds do not work while playing the video, pause/resume button does not work and security needs to be reduced. By logging out or changing the password the batch should be removed from all the devices but it does not happen. 1 batch works on multiple devices, please reduce it.
