TetherDroid connects your Android phone to your Mac or Windows PC so you can text, take calls, manage notifications, share files, run Gemini queries, and see your phone's screen — all from your desktop! Stay in your flow and stop reaching for your phone every few minutes.

Private by design with your security as our primary concern: everything that moves between your phone and computer is end-to-end encrypted with pairing keys created by you that are never shared with us or anyone else. Your messages, calls, contacts, notifications, and screen are readable only on your own paired devices — never stored on our servers. No ads. No tracking. No selling your data!

TetherDroid uses the Google AccessibilityService API to drive the collection and submission of your text messages just as a real user would on your device - ensuring fully encrypted and secure RCS messages end-to-end. Any collected messages through the use of this API are dual encrypted with keys that never leave your device so nobody can access or view them. Without use of this API TetherDroid would be limited to sending insecure and unencrypted SMS text messages that anyone could intercept, including your mobile provider and other third parties.
