I have the Tesvor M1 and the WeBack app quit working. Trying to reload the app and reconnect the vacuum works. Network connection is fine but when the app gets to 99 percent, it won't register the app / vacuum with the cloud. None of the Tesvor apps will pair with the M1. I just want a link to the OLD WeBack app that worked. What ever update they did, bricked the app. I can use the vacuum manually but now can't change the fan speed or any functionality. Disappointing.

It doesn't matter what I do it will not connect with my Tesvor robot vacuum. It only works with the old WeBack app. I've disconnected it and reset everything and it still doesn't work. I wished that I could use this app with my vacuum because the old WeBack app has ads and it doesn't work in the mapping area any longer. I really hope that this issue gets fixed for those of us that trusted the brand and spent money on their products. Devs need to update this app, it's not been updated since 2021.

Wanted to switch to the new app for my X500 since WeBack stopped showing map, but the Tesvor app cannot add the device. After about 2 minutes it shows the "Device Adding Timeout" error prompting me to "Check demerit points and retry" (what in the world is a "demerit point"?). Tried multiple times with no success. Each time, after about 3 minutes X500 reconnects back to the network. Garbage!
