Ratings and reviews

User interface is simple and easy to use. Loads decently fast between different sections and definitely makes security a high priority. You will be asked to verify every transaction, which I appreciate. There could be a bit more detail, such as expected funds availability after transfering. I had a question about wire transfer fees and their customer service is very easy to get a hold of, I waited like 30 seconds before talking to an actual person. Other banks should take some notes.

Update: I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars because they have added almost every feature I've asked for. They have truly impressed me and if they add a little more information to pending transfers, I will change to 5 stars. The app still doesn't show you any transfer information like the expected date of availability or what bank it came from. It does not give you the ability to nickname external accounts. Lastly, there should be a transaction count being that you are only allowed 6

They do echex system for a savings account. If I knew that I would not have applied. It looks like a good opportunity if you open an account. But I had a bunch of inquiries from moneylion app last year. I didn't realize the effects. I was checking loan rates. It is echex though. I have a credit freeze. I am bummed out. Probably will wait 2 more years before reapplying
