Seriously! This is not a user friendly app. I just want to change my payment information. Instead of having it say some where "I want to... Change my payment information" so that you can do it yourself, I search and search and just tells you about the different options. I know the options! I need to change it. I've never had issues with any other app but this one. I just changed payments for 5 other apps. But this one take the crown of complications. Do not recommend.

Have never had a problem. Now I can't pay my bill thru app and it'll be late. Because for some reason it's saying one or more fields are wrong when entering my debit card. And nothing is wrong. Please fix this issue!

Thumbs down. Tried to update paperless statement email address on website. Wouldn't work. Downloaded the app, the SAME EXACT look and experience and *problems* as the website. Totally useless.
