This application is complete garbage. As a technician who is required to use this application daily, it is infuriating having to deal with the instability issues. Sometimes videos will upload sometimes they will not. Trying to deliver a consistent product to our customers is nearly impossible. Having to wait and make sure the video uploads is a waste of time, then you have times that the video says it uploaded and come to find out it has not. I wish I could rate this less than 1 star.

I didn't think it was possible, but the recent update made this app worse. Rarely uploads correctly, and now it will not stop running in the background, even after forcing it to stop. I know this because it is constantly giving me a notification that is running now. It also now gives you a notification every time the upload percentage moves and is not annoying at all.

required to use this app. Half the time, my videos don't upload. and when they do, it's well past the time customers pick up their vehicle, making it pointless. I also love wasting my time creating the video for it not to send in the time I could've finished the service. They say I'll see an increase in recommended services being approved, but overall, nothing has changed. 0/5 stars.
