1. Sign Up and OTP Verification

Drivers begin by entering their **mobile number, name, and email** during the signup process.
An OTP (One-Time Password) is sent to the mobile number for verification.
Once verified, the user account is created, and the driver is taken to the profile completion section.

2. Profile Setup & Document Upload

After logging in, drivers must complete their profile by uploading mandatory documents such as:

* Driver’s License
* Vehicle Registration Certificate
* Aadhaar Card or ID Proof
* Profile Picture

These documents are submitted for admin review and approval. Only after successful verification is the driver activated to receive ride requests.

3. Availability & Live Location

Approved drivers can go online to start accepting trips.
The app uses real-time GPS tracking to show the driver's location, enabling the system to match them with nearby customers.

4. Ride Request Notification

When a ride request is generated, the driver receives a notification with:

* Pickup Location
* Drop Location
* Estimated Fare

The driver has the option to Accept or Reject the request. If accepted, navigation begins to the pickup point.

5. Ride Management

* The driver reaches the pickup point and taps Start Ride.
* Live trip tracking is active during the ride.
* Upon reaching the destination, the driver taps End Ride to complete the trip.
Trip distance, duration, and final fare are recorded automatically.

6. Payments & Earnings

Tez Captain supports cash and online payments (UPI, Razor pay, etc.).
Drivers can check their earnings in the Earnings section, which displays:

* Total completed trips
* Daily/Weekly/Monthly income
* Payment modes breakdown

This section helps drivers manage their performance and plan better.

7. Ratings and Reviews

At the end of each ride, both driver and passenger can give ratings and reviews.
This ensures transparency, trust, and service quality on the platform.

8. Ride History & Dashboard

The driver has access to a detailed dashboard that includes:

* Total rides and earnings
* Active status, profile information, and documents
* Notifications from the admin (e.g., updates, document expiry alerts)

9. Profile Management

Drivers can update their documents, personal details, or bank/payment information anytime from the profile settings.
Notifications are sent if any document is about to expire or needs re-upload.

10. Logout & Security

Drivers can securely log out at any time.
The app maintains secure sessions and requires OTP verification on next login to protect the driver’s account.
