It's a scam app, I didn't sign up for their monthly or yearly subscription, but as soon as my account was funded, the balance was suddenly deducted. Now, I keep asking the help center about the deduction, but no one can give me an answer; their system is terrible—I haven't received a single response.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD this App...My account had an entitlement issue, so I requested a refund through their chatbot, it created me a ticket and I wait for 7 days. Ithe bot AI keep saying I Check this for you but nothing happen... Until I request a live agent to talk to, then the live agent keep on asking for transaction details that I already gave them. no refund until now.. so dis-appointing... DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP..

This app is a scam, I thought this app can earn as advertised. I purchased the free trial and didn't noticed it ended and it automatically deducted on my Gcash account. I was asking for a refund from google and they didn't even made a single effort to bring my money back.
