Worst app, occasionally u will get otp. U will never find other payment options, only u need to pay with t-wallet. Loads of info u need to supply, again not sure it's going to success in the end, if not again need repeat the process. Lot of patience required to install and use it. Nice way to avoid traffic at mee seva by asking them to book a slot which will be never easy. I tried 2 hours lost hope in the end.

My experience with the app 1. This is a non-refundable payment. Even if the problem is at their end, money will not be refunded 2. The data in their system is not maintained properly so, even after applying on the app we are asked to visit the RTO in person 3. Their helpline numbers are not working 4. Customer support do not respond on emails 5. Total waste of time and money. Service is discounted forcing you to visit RTO where officials are rude and unhelpful. leaving agents as the only option

worst of worst 😞 no proper support don't ever rely on mee seva app.. I paid fee twice for getting EC Certificate but receipt not generated.. transaction failed but my amount not refunded even after 21 days several repeated requests no response..
