I used it for transport related transactions last year and didn't face issues with uploading documents or photos from storage. but there is an issue with the app now it is not requesting for permission of storage and on click of upload documents it is giving message that storage permission is required. I tried to goto settings but it already has photos videos access and there is no option to add storage permission. I don't know if issue is with new Android or new app version but fix it urgently.

The payment gateway screen times out after uploading the document in the app. I was trying to update the address for my car registration, but this app is terrible. I also tried installing the app on different phones and received the same error message. I also attempted to use net banking and UPI payment options, but encountered the same timeout error. This app does not work..

This app is completely useless. Nothing works as it should. I tried updating my address on my license, but it won’t even let me enter numbers in the address field—what a joke! To make things worse, I contacted customer support, and they gave a generic response claiming everything works fine when it absolutely doesn’t. This app is a total failure.
