the app makes it so much easier to get and do jobs. yes, there are glitches, but overall, I prefer it. I get less follow up phones, which saves me time. I can see my jobs and print out work orders and NTE pages. it is easy to upload quotes and invoices. my techs like having less paperwork and not having to call to check in and out.

Works most of the time. But the GPS is biggest issue, then they have you assign technicians multiple times due to not saving information. So when you set tech again, you have to reset ETA and another option I can't think of off the top of my head.

Doesn't work half the time , got costmer signature twice today on my phone still did not work, i had them sign my invoice, I have couple invoices that has not been paid for few months because of signature. Over all it is not saving me time and taking extra 20 minutes after job to complete paper work, missed some jobs this year because of this app , tech support is almost none present, good luck trying to get someone to help , even costmer service representatives are having hard time with it.
