Still needs a lot of work. Issues with app having wrong jobsite placement markers. I have work orders that have been completed months ago yet they are still showing on my list. The job estimates don't make it to the team so I still have to email an estimate. This is not an issue with my phone as I have the same issues if I log into the website version.

The affiliate Connect app is very user restrictive. Highlighting in copying anything from the app is restricted. Updating notes from offside is restricted. Submitting an invoice is restricted. More than half of the time the app does not recognize when the technician is on site. Signed work order documentation is restricted and does not allow for a copy for our records. This application seems to have a lot of benefits for True Source but does not have very many benefits for the technician.

Day 3 of leaving a reveiw. Im like a scab, no matter how much you scrape me off, Im going to come back. I would like to use your app properly. But instead of fixing it or troubleshooting, you just delete bad reveiws. Cant wait to make another reveiw soon. Kisses.
