6/27/25: Have been back & forth with tech support, so now app is at least able to connect to my headphones for product customization but still aways from full functionality. 6/23/25: Just purchased the T-Fun NC45 which doesn't connect to this app for EQ customization. Even tried to update my profile, send feedback... this app doesn't seem to function at all. What the heck?!?

Whenever I want to fix or adjust my headphones I don't need to go reach for it while is on my head I can use this and it's really good

Fold 6 is paired and works fine. App won't find the headphones. useless!
