Ratings and reviews

If you just complete the main storyline and treat it as a quick game, it's not too bad. Some of the season storylines are good also. Beautiful graphics to explore... And that's it. Don't get too attached, because you'll find yourself grinding and grinding every day for hours at end doing the same thing just to get any semblance of currency in order to purchase a hairpiece for your character. Don't get me started on in app purchases. For a game made for all ages, they're absolutely ridiculous.

An incredible game, very soothing and uplifting! They don't lock any story content behind paywalls, there's no ads, and they're constantly expanding the world. I've loved it for a good while now. That said, paid cosmetics are WILDLY expensive. I'm talking $20 for a cape. Even worse, the game has become increasingly unreliable. Currently, I physically can't open the game at all. That's not a great feeling, considering I paid for the season pass.

Have played the game for a while and liked it, but recently it has changed: so many bugs, so many weird 'seasons,' super expensive IAPs. The game went from being a beautiful exploration of a visually stunning world with friends to a noisy, buggy experience. When you send in a question or complaint, it takes a week or more for a response and then you get a canned reply. Game play not what it used to be.
