About this app

Shop Tracker is built for mystery shoppers and brand standard auditors — by one. If you run multi-stop days across several companies and keep it all in a spreadsheet, a notes app and your memory, this replaces the lot.

RUN THE DAY, ONE TAP AT A TIME
Dispatch walks you stop to stop. It notices when you arrive by GPS, moves you on if you forget to tap Done, and shows what you learned at that location last time. A break timer keeps your hourly rate honest. If a shop falls through, log it as incomplete with the partial fee some companies still pay.

PLAN BEFORE YOU DRIVE
Drag stops into the order you want. See drive times, per-stop arrival and leave estimates built from your own average time on site, and a warning when two time windows overlap. A month calendar shows how many shops are on each day. Recurring assignments copy themselves forward, and you can shift a whole route's dates at once when a schedule moves.

STOP TYPING IN ASSIGNMENTS
Paste an assignment email, a job board list, or a screenshot. AI Import reads it, pulls out the job ID, address, fee, bonus and time window, and drops the pins on your map. It catches duplicates before they reach your list. Bringing in work you did before Shop Tracker is included too.

KNOW WHO OWES YOU
Set each company's pay schedule once and every completed shop gets an expected pay date. Overdue shows in red. Log partial payments and the rest stays open. Generate an invoice for the companies that need billing.

MILEAGE THAT HOLDS UP AT TAX TIME
GPS tracks your miles as you drive, and keeps tracking with the screen off or the app in the background. It measures from your last confirmed position and ignores the drift a parked phone produces, so sitting at a stop for twenty minutes does not invent a mile. Every trip records the date, the miles and the assignment, and the deduction is calculated at the IRS rate for that year.

SEE WHAT EACH SHOP IS ACTUALLY WORTH
Average pay, time on site and real hourly rate, per company. Your best day of the week. Year over year once you have two tax years. And a reimbursement summary that shows what to subtract from each company's 1099 total, because money paid back to you is not income.

REPORTS YOU CAN HAND TO AN ACCOUNTANT
Mileage, reimbursements, payments and a full analytics report, for any tax year or all time. Export to CSV or Google Sheets.

MYSTERY SHOP TIMER
Time an entry, a greeting, a wait, a handoff. Start from a reusable template, rename or delete an event you mistapped, and attach a photo to any moment. A headset or Bluetooth button logs a timestamp without taking your phone out.

EVERYTHING ELSE
Receipt and stop photos. Expenses and tolls categorised automatically. Search across every assignment by name, address or job ID. A morning reminder with the day's count. See every device signed in to your account and sign any of them out. Cloud sync across phone and browser.

LOCATION
Shop Tracker collects location data to calculate your driving mileage and to show your stops on a map. Background location is used only while a mileage tracking session is running, so your miles keep recording while you drive with the screen off. You choose when to start and stop tracking, and location is never used for advertising and never sold.

Plan a whole day or a whole week automatically. Pick a date and Shop Tracker chooses the stops and the order from the hours you can work, each shop's time frame and its due date, then shows you the full day before anything is saved.

Set your working hours per day on the calendar, on site time now learned per company, past due shops no longer disappear, start by dates, numbered stops on the map, and night routes are no longer cut off at midnight.
