Wow this app is absolutely terrible! When the child videocalls you unless you are literally holding the app open it doesn't ring making this watch absolutely useless! Massive disappointment! Came to add location is not even close to being correct! I'd definitely avoid purchasing this with all these very serious errors. It renders itself completely useless! Majorly disappointed! If i could give zero stars instead of 1 i definitely would!

Unreliable and not for the purpose of child safety, nice toy though. You can call/receive calls but gps works and sends location max once in 10minutes so unable to really check the kids location. In 10min it can be miles away. You never know if some function will work or not. Really bad and unreliable.

Useless app! I couldn't even use it once. Always giving the device is offline and check coverage every time i want to send msg, update the time, send a reward, or send any update to the watch.
