Don't buy it. Not working, after installation and payment. The support is ignoring me after the conversation already started. Awful service!

This app does not let me to log in. It constantly says that my password is incorrect. Even if I changed it. Piece of trash this app and watch.

Do not buy KidiWatch! I can't login to the app for days. I contacted customer support multiple times– there's no dailing option, only Whatsapp & email, where they disappear in the middle of the conversation! On top of that: 1.The location map is inaccurate and unreliable. 2.Setting geofences is complicated and not user-friendly. 3.The app doesn't send notification when a message is sent by the watch. 4.Charging the watch is problematic, it takes several attempts to get it to start charging.
