TG Customer is the official app for customers of Transgulf Readymix Concrete Co. Plan your concrete pours, follow every truck to your site and keep your delivery paperwork in order – from the office or straight from site.

PLACE CONCRETE REQUESTS
• Book readymix in a few taps: choose the project, mix, quantity, pumps and the date and time you need it on site.
• Follow each request while our dispatch team reviews it. If your time is fully booked, pick one of the alternative slots we propose.

TRACK TODAY'S SUPPLY LIVE
• See ordered, supplied and pending quantities for the day at a glance.
• Follow every truck on the road for your orders – batched, left the plant, on site and discharging.
• Get notified when a request is approved, an order is placed and supply starts.

DELIVERY NOTES AND APPROVAL
• Every load comes with a delivery note: date, trip number, quantity, truck number and on-site time.
• Tick the loads you received – or select all – and approve them in one step. The app records who approved each note and when.
• Rate each completed delivery and share feedback with our team.

PAYMENTS AND STATEMENTS
• Check your outstanding balance, overdue amount and credit limit.
• Review open invoices with their age, and the payments we have received.

CONCRETE CALCULATOR
• Work out how many cubic metres to order for slabs, footings, columns and walls, straight from your drawing dimensions.
