Have used it for a long time but recently can not access as app shows the accessibility risk. Had a call to the call center and can not provide any support or help. Will not use this credit card longer as the purpose of the app should be user friendly, not user enemy. Better retro back to the old ways and been disrupted by other banks.

pls let me skip unimportant updates. too much updates required when using apps. updated on 25 May 2021 for new feature of apps. whenever i click any icon on apps, it says system unavailable so i cannot use anything on the apps. i was wondering did system team check before releasing app at all??? please fix error at soonest.

Cannot finish applying card. Everytime I switch to other app to continue applying process then comeback to this app all of my submitted data is lost and I have to re-enter all data again. When I retry, it still fail due to same problem again and again.
