My Ringtone Maker is free app creates tones and notifications from MP3, WAV, AAC, MP4, you can set the start and ending notes by sliding arrows along the timeline, by pressing Start and End of. recording, or by typing time.

Ratings and reviews

...with just a few flaws. Appears to respect your privacy but runs interstitial ads at the bottom of the screen. I can deal with that but the screen blocking popup ad is annoying as all get out. Clips and saves just fine, even rotates the screen for easy editing (although I crashed it once by doing that). Remove the pop-over ad that blocks the screen and fix the rotation crash, and you'd have that coveted 5th star.
