App itself is not UI Friendly. Main is doesn't support all QR in the market and very difficult to use. Kts very old fashioned design and servjces- Hope they will upgrade with latest features and services with more ease and secure connection to boost its business in future.

The worst user experience I've ever had from a mobile banking app... I've never been able to check my balance or my bank statement instantly, I have to login and logout multiple times cuz the app is so wonky and the refresh sign keeps spinning for so long like it needs to search through multiple sheets of paper to display my bank details...just make your app a little bit more user friendly and responsive also please add more payment options to load into wallets

I regret installing and opening thaili account. I have not been able to carry out even one transaction smoothly. The wallet doesnot show the balance even though it is refreshed hundreds of times. No interbanking services and while I tried to link my bank account this KYC thing got me in problem. Please look forward to build an app that helps to carry out transcations easily, not such app that gives you stress. Lots of bugs in the app. I can't even recharge my phone from this app. Not rate worthy
