Poor service. I would not recommend this mobile banking app to anyone. The slow performance, confusing interface, and frequent errors made it a terrible experience. If you're looking for a reliable and user-friendly banking app, look elsewhere. One of the top banks of Nepal and they can't even have a proper maintenance system.

Useless service. I can't even use the QR scanner, it's always "something went wrong". Don't even get me started on the transfer fund section. It shows "insufficient amount" every time I try to transfer money to another bank account. You guys need to understand that in case of emergency how frustrated you make the users. Just develop a proper app why can't you do it? It is so frustrating to not be able to access your money. Very serious renovation needed for this app. Worst, worst, worst service.

This application is lagging a lot on different perspectives. One its takes a lot time to load and process and sometime you complet the fund transfer it will show error try again but the transaction will be sucessful.. this is so pathetic experience.. why NIBL is so left out from the crowd...NIBL is not shown on other bank's app, you can send fund only through Con-IPS or won't be able to..patheric... They are trying to do everything on their own which is big problem for its customer.
