The recently app fails repeatedly when trying to use a gift card, while still charging the credit card for the balance. Still, that is better than the prior app (which didn't mention it needed updated) that would charge both cards, say it was successful, then say there was a failure, and delete the order. Food is great, but this is a rating for the app. And any app that is charging accounts and losing the order doesn't even merit one star.

The bathrooms need to be tended too, and there is water on the floor near the back door and into the one bathroom with no wet floor signs up. Their Point Of Sale is currently down so you need to pay with cash and no receipt to earn rewards in their app, which is another issue in itself. Again no signage up to inform the customer before getting to the register. Ordered the taco trio with beef and chips with free queso from the app. Food was good. The indoor eating area was clean.

The app is always broken needing frequent reinstalls and not letting you re-order. 3/14/26...still same issues, been a problem for years. AS A RESULT, I order at Bubbakoos much less frequently than I otherwise would. When reorder doesn't work, I move on rather than enter everything all over again and again.
