The salads are great, but the ordering process sucks. I have ordered dozens of times but I still get caught out and order a pick up, when I wanted delivery. Delivery state is too buried in the confirmation and restarting an order process it defaults back to pick up. I have never ordered a pick up - I have ordered probably close to 100 deliveries - why can't that be a default? Worse, you can't cancel a same-day order and there's no number to call the restaurant and make a change. Frustrating.

app is garbage. wouldn't let me reset a password, clunky to use, and then when I finally figured out how to buy something, I was told that my card was rejected despite receiving a text from my bank that a transaction was made. Not sure if the order went through because of that but somehow still got charged for it!

This app needs serious improvement. Features often don’t work, pages fail to load, and something as simple as adding a credit card can take 15 minutes—if it works at all. Pretty frustrating experience. That said, the food is absolutely delicious! If the app worked better, they could probably sell even more of their amazing food.
