The salads are great, but the ordering process sucks. I have ordered dozens of times but I still get caught out and order a pick up, when I wanted delivery. Delivery state is too buried in the confirmation and restarting an order process it defaults back to pick up. I have never ordered a pick up - I have ordered probably close to 100 deliveries - why can't that be a default? Worse, you can't cancel a same-day order and there's no number to call the restaurant and make a change. Frustrating.

Used to work but now the app crashes after entering the time for pickup or delivery. Tried wife's phone, same thing (it used to work for her too). Cleared cache, uninstalled, reinstalled...no better. Guess there was a sneaky update that wasn't properly tested.

The app crashes every time I select a time slot for pick up. I have restarted the device, cleared cache, done everything to the app. Time to try the final step, uninstall.
