IS KU - a project of authentic Japanese cuisine in a modern presentation, born as a result of the collaboration of the Iskusny family and chef Maxim Kuleshov, who is both a co-founder and chef of the project, has been exploring Japanese cuisine and developing in this direction for more than 16 years, took place training and advanced training directly in Japan and the countries of Southeast Asia.
The main idea of ​​the authors was to create a small home gastronomic project, imbued with the spirit of the land of the rising sun. In Japan, such establishments are called “Fami-Resu”, which means “family restaurant”.
IS KU is the very place where you can come with your family in the evening and have dinner in an almost homely atmosphere, without wasting time on preparing food yourself. IS KU is not just a restaurant, in the traditional sense of the word. IS KU is a cozy family place, where the chef is not just a hired employee, but a co-owner, which largely determines a special attitude towards the kitchen.
The menu range includes a classic sushi bar, hot and cold appetizers, traditional Japanese hot dishes, as well as the pride of Japanese cuisine - huge portions of ramen with wheat noodles and a variety of fillings from vegetables, meat and seafood.
How did we come up with, rightly speaking, the best ramen in Moscow? We cook the broths for 8-12 hours, and make the noodles, bases and aromatic oils in Thai Chef's own production facility.
