Both customers and distributors register through the same app, with specific permissions based on their roles to perform required operations.

Customer Order Creation
Customers log in, select the water type and quantity, and submit their order. They provide necessary details such as delivery location, preferred time, and any additional instructions.

Distributor Bidding
The request is instantly sent to all available distributors in the area. Each distributor reviews the customer's requirements and responds with a personalized price quote, considering delivery costs and stock availability.

Customer Selection and Payment
Customers review and compare bids and ratings
. Once a distributor is chosen, they receive a notification for order fulfillment. After delivery, the customer completes the payment through a secure in-app gateway.

Upon delivery, customers confirm receipt, provide feedback, and rate the distributor's service.
