About this app

Thascom is an internal application used for warehouse management, ordering, and delivery.

NOTE: This application is only for users who have been assigned an account. Accounts are provided by the organization's administrator; users cannot register themselves.

ROLE-BASED FEATURES

Warehouse Manager
• Check incoming and outgoing orders
• Track outstanding and returned goods
• Inventory and operational efficiency reports
• Scan barcodes and QR codes for quick verification

Supplier
• Manage product price lists
• View delivery history
• Receive new order notifications

Driver
• Receive and confirm delivery orders
• Update delivery status in real time
• Sign electronically directly on the app
• Manage return orders

Customer
• Place orders by product category
• Track order status

• Check outstanding debts

• Download invoices and documents

ACCESS RIGHTS

• Camera: Scans barcodes and QR codes on products and orders. Images are processed directly on the device and are not stored.

• Location: Only applies to the driver role, used to record delivery progress when the app is open. • Data is not collected while the application is running in the background.

• Notifications: Receive information about new orders and status changes.

• Storage: Invoices and documents are saved when users actively download them.

Quét mã QR trên phiếu nhập giờ mở thẳng màn hình kiểm đơn, không phải tìm lại đơn thủ công.

Tài xế: nút "Đối soát & giao hàng" hiển thị cho mọi đơn. Mục "Để nợ" đổi tên thành "Giao bù hôm sau" cho đúng với thực tế giao hàng.

Lệnh sản xuất: ô "Người quản lý" cho nhập tên trực tiếp, không bắt buộc chọn từ danh sách tài khoản.

Cập nhật logo ứng dụng, chỉnh lại một số màn hình và tăng độ ổn định.
